| Directions | Combine pork, crackers, barbecue sauce and egg in large bowl; shape mixture into 6 patties. Heat butter and oil in medium skillet. Cook and stir taters and onion until lightly browned; drain. Place in crock pot. Combine cheese, milk, salt, paprika and pepper in small bowl. Pour mixture into crock pot. Layer pork patties on top. Cover; cook on LOW 3 to 5 hours. |
