| Directions | Season roast with season salt. Wrap roast in foil, first covering with garlic, onion, and Worcestershire sauce. Put in pot with water covering the bottom. Bake 350° for 3 hours. When done, let cool overnight. Slice, take juice and leftover onions and garlic. Pulverize 2 packages au jus and enough beef broth to cover meat. Put in crock pot and cook until tender. |
