| Directions | Mix sour cream and soup together. Put half of mixture in bottom of 9x13 baking dish. Brown hamburger, onion and pepper. Add mushrooms, seasonings and beans. Just heat through. Put meat mixture in shells, place in pan on top of sour cream mixture. Spread remaining sour cream mixture on top. Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. |
