Mix meatball ingredients well. Roll into balls and put in a roaster. Mix soup and water until smooth; pour over meatballs. Cover pan and bake at 350° for 2 hours or until done. Serve over potatoes.
Variations: try substituting cream of mushroom or tomato soup for the sauce.
