Meatloaf with Black Pepper Gravy - Recipe

Combine eggs, milk, bread crumbs, and onion

Add green pepper, salt, and ground beef

Press into a loaf pan.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour; drain grease and spread with ketchup.

Bake another 15 minutes; let stand 10. minutes before slicing.

You can freeze for up to 3 months.

Black Pepper Gravy:

Melt butter in a saucepan.

Whisk in flour and saut until light brown; add milk whisking constantly.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Note: I prefer to use whole milk when making the gravy.
