Cook chicken, cool, and cut into cubes. Combine chicken, celery, almonds, onion, and salt. Blend mayonnaise and lemon juice together and stir into chicken mixture. Spread evenly into round baking dish and cover. Microwave on high for 8 minutes, stirring every 4 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top and microwave for 1 minute. Top with potato chips before serving. |
