Drain the chicken and shred with a hand mixer. Add softened cream cheese and mix well. Add ranch dressing and hot sauce and mix well. Pour in a 9x9 inch dish and cover with shredded cheese. Cook approximately 20 minutes or until bubbly.
Serve with crackers.
