| Directions | Combine all ingredients except pork in a large zip top bag. Squeeze out air and freeze. Freeze pork in another bag. To cook, thaw completely. Preheat oven to 375°. Place pork in oven proof baking pan. Pour sauce over top and cover with foil. Place on middle rack of oven and bake for 1 1/2 hours. Remove from oven and shred. Serve on toasted bun or over rice. |
