| Directions | Cook spinach; drain very well. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and chill 2 hours or longer. Roll into 1" balls and bake 30 minutes at 300. To freeze, place uncooked balls on cookie sheet; when frozen, put in plastic bag or other container. Thaw before baking. |
