Burrito Casserole - Recipe

Cheesy beef burritos filled with beans and chilies and topped with a creamy sauce. This recipe is perfect to make in advance and have in the refrigerator when ready to bake.

Burrito Casserole Recipe
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Brown ground beef; drain.

Add taco mix, water, onions, chilies and beans to browned meat. Mix thoroughly. Place mixture in tortillas; roll up and place side-by-side in 9x13 inch baking dish.

Mix soup and sour cream. Pour over burritos. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 40 minutes.

Top with salsa, if desired.

-1/4 cup green chilies, chopped

-1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
