| Directions | Mix all above ingredients except cheese, ham and tomato sauce. Place on wax paper and roll/pat out into a rectangle shape. Top with ham and cheese. Roll up like you would a jelly roll, removing the wax paper as you roll. Place in baking dish and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350°. Top with tomato sauce and cook for an additional 15 minutes. Let cool a few minutes before slicing. Note: Make sure the ends are sealed good where cheese does not melt and run out. Before you make into rectangle, you can take out a handful of mixture to close ends with. Note: A mixture of ground round and ground sirloin makes a better meatloaf. |
