Preheat oven to 350. In a mixing bowl, mix all of the meatloaf ingredients thoroughly and shape into a loaf. Mix the ingredients for the glaze in a separate bowl and cover the top of the meatloaf. Bake in a preheated oven for an hour or until juices are clear.
(I double these amounts for the glaze because we like to cook the meatloaf with the glaze and then also have extra to dip it in!)
