| Directions | In large sauté pan, heat oil and butter to medium high heat. Sauté peppers and onions for a few minutes, but keep crisp-not limp. Add mushrooms and cooked prawns (or chicken). Stir in tomatoes and Cajun sauce. Heat through and serve over rice of choice. **Chicken or prawns: Pre-cook: Grill chicken or prawns ahead of time. You may also stir fry or bake, but the grilled version tastes bests. |
