Heat oven to 325 degrees. Thorougly cook beef in skillet with dry enchilada seasoning packet adding just a splash of water to evenly distribute. Keep grease. In glass casserole dish pour a little of the enchilada sauce to cover bottom, then add a layer of torillas and sprinkle enough cheese to lightly coat. Repeat until casserole dish almost full. Top off with remaining cheese. Bake 25 minutes. |
