| Directions | Boil peppers in salted water until tender (color will start to change). Brown ground beef. Add cooked rice, 1 can tomato sauce - maybe more depending on taste. Spoon tomato sauce mixture onto peppers and top with cheddar cheese and bake at 350° until cheese is lightly browned. |
