Fill a Dutch oven half way with vegetable oil. Place Dutch oven over high heat until oil reaches 350°F. In a small bowl, combine milk and egg. In a shallow bowl, place breadcrumbs. Dip ravioli in milk mixture and coat with breadcrumbs. Fry ravioli in batches in heated oil for 1 minute on each side, until golden brown. Remove ravioli from oil with a long slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately with warm spaghetti or pizza sauce. |
