| Directions | Mix the broth, soup, and sour cream together. Mix crackers and butter. Press half of the cracker mixture in the bottom of a large 9x13 casserole. Top with cooked chicken, noodles, and sauce mixture. Top with remaining cracker crumbs. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. I added some shredded cheese on top. The original recipe calls for Ceamette brand Kluski noodles. However, not all stores carry them so I use whatever brand is available. For some reason the weight is different on all of them. Use the whole package. The Kluski type noodle really does make this dish - regular egg noodles don't do it justice. Enjoy! |
