| Directions | Mix bacon with cheese and green onions. Scrub potatoes, slice 1/4 inch thick (leave skin on). Spray/brush both sides of potatoes with oil. Put onto cookie sheets in a single layer. Bake at 450° for 20 minutes or until light brown. Brush bbq sauce on potatoes then place cheese mixture on top. Bake another 3-5 minutes. Serve with sour cream. Double for larger family. |
