| Directions | Preheat oven to 275°. Mix all dry ingredients in bowl. Rub both sides of slab with dry ingredients and place on broiler pan. Cover with foil and bake 4 hours. Remove from oven. Ribs can be basted with favorite sauce when served or without sauce, giving dinner guests a choice of favorite BBQ sauce flavors. |
