| Directions | Combine burger, onion, mushrooms, bouillon cube, flour, catsup, salt, and 1/2 cup water in a microwave-proof casserole or baking dish. (I use a 2 quart CorningWare dish.) Stir well. Cover and cook on HI (max. power) for 4 minutes. Stir well. Cover and cook on 70% (roast) for 6 minutes, or until the meat is tender. (I stir every two minutes so it will cook evenly.) Stir in the sour cream. Cook on 10% (warm) for 3 minutes. Let stand for 3 minutes. Stir and then serve on hot cooked rice or noodles. |
