| Directions | Brown chops in heavy frying pan. Season with salt and pepper. Place a lemon slice on each chop. Combine ketchup, water, and brown sugar and pour over chops. Cover closely and cook slowly on top of range or in a moderate oven 350° for about 45 minutes or until meat is done. |
