| Directions | Flatten chicken to 1/2 inch thickness. Spread 3 tablespoons of cream cheese over each chicken breast, dot with butter and roll up. Secure each rolled up breast with toothpicks. Wrap each breast with a strip of bacon. Place in greased 9x13 baking pan. Bake uncovered at 400° for 35 to 40 minutes. Broil 6 inches from heat for 5 minutes or until bacon is crisp. |
