| Directions | Sprinkle 1 cup of uncooked rice in a buttered glass cake pan or large casserole dish. Heat and pour over rice: mushroom soup, celery soup and milk. Take cut up chicken and lay pieces on the rice and sauce. Sprinkle with dry onion soup mix. Cover with foil securely. Bake in 325 degrees F. oven for 2 1/2 hours. |
