| Directions | In a saucepan, melt butter and blend in flour, salt, nutmeg and mustard. Stir in milk. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Add lemon juice and cheese. Stir until cheese is melted. Place fish fillets in greased baking pan. Cover with cheese sauce and bake at 350° for 45 minutes. |
