| Directions | Mix all of the spices together, pour over meat which has been placed in a cooking bag. Bake in 350 oven for 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 hours. Baste frequently by turning roasting bag. Last 30 minutes cut strings or meat. If you prefer the beef more spicy, ad one small jar of pepperoncini peppers and juice. |
