| Directions | Boil chicken with salt and pepper to taste. Microwave broccoli for about 4 minutes. Combine soup with a little water. Add rice, broccoli, and cheese. Place in a greased 9X11" baking dish. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes. May substitute bread crumb mix for rice. |
