| Directions |
- Mix dry ingredients. Rub onto ribs and refrigerate at least 2 hours (up to 24 hours).
- Place roasting rack in the bottom of the roasting pan; add about 1/4 inch of water to the pan.
- Put ribs on the rack in roasting pan and cover tightly with foil.
- Bake in the oven at 300° F. for 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until tender.
- Remove from the oven and finish off on the grill. Grill on medium for a few minutes on each side to lightly char the surface.
- Serve with your favorite BBQ sauce.
