Thai Chicken (or Turkey) Balls - Recipe

Delicious appetizer to serve to those who are a little adventurous. These aren't your average meatballs, but they are healthy and full of flavor. Suggested served with Indian Rice with Cashews and additional Thai Sweet Chili Sauce for dipping.

Thai Chicken (or Turkey) Balls Recipe
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

In a large bowl, mix ground poultry with all remaining ingredients; mix well.

Using damp hands, form mixture into evenly shaped balls small enough to eat with fingers.

Place on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes.
