| Directions | Process crackers into crumbs, set aside. Melt butter, set aside. Season shrimp with "peppers" and season-all. Add chives, parsley, and melted butter to shrimp. Mix well. Pour cracker crumbs into large shallow pan, add shrimp and toss until shrimp are well coated. Arrange shrimp in a single layer. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Stir, then broil 3 to 5 minutes until crumbs are crisp and brown. Enjoy! |
