Scrub all vegetables well. Grate or chop all the vegetables very fine.
Combine meat, eggs and seasonings; then add grated raw vegetables until all ingredients are mixed thoroughly. Mold into a loaf and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Serves 8 people.
