Firstly wash the fish. Then mix flour, salt and pepper, and dredge the fish in the dried ingredients.
Fry the fish in a skillet with a little oil 7-10 minutes. When cooked put the fish onto the plate. Combine, vinegar, sesame oil and soy sauce. Mix well and pour on top of the fish, cover with the chopped onion.
