| Directions | Dredge steak strips in flour. Heat oil and brown meat, stirring frequently. Add water, dressing and soy sauce. Cover and simmer about 30 minutes. Add green pepper and onion and cover and cook about 10 more minutes, stirring frequently. Serve over rice. |
