Baked Greek Spaghetti - Recipe

Directions
Sauté onion and bell pepper in butter. Break spaghetti noodles in thirds. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions, drain. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients. Mix well. Fill a greased 9" x 13" pan. Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 25 minutes or till hot and bubbly.

Note: This is a large recipe and will serve 10-15 people. Also freezes well.

 
 
Ingredients
-1 onion, chopped (large)
-1 red or green pepper, chopped
-1/4 cup butter
-1 package spaghetti noodles (12 ounce pkg)
-6 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
-1 can net drained wt.) olives, sliced (6 ounce can)
-2 cans chopped tomatoes, undrained (14.5 ounce cans)
-1 jar sliced mushrooms, or fresh, chopped (small jar)
-3 tablespoons Greek seasoning
-1/2 pound feta cheese
-1/2 pound shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
-15 ounces spaghetti sauce, 2 cup.
- salt and pepper to taste
