| Directions | In a large pot, put the tomato juice, cloves, Worcestershire sauce and sugar. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, uncooked rice, pepper, salt, celery salt, green pepper, onion and garlic. Mix well. Shape into small balls and place into tomato juice mixture. Simmer for 1 hour or until done. Remove cloves before serving. |
