| Directions | Dip chops in mixture of salt, pepper, ginger and flour. Brown chops in oil. Add onion and garlic, cook 5 minutes. Pour off fat. Mix together rest of ingredients and add to skillet. Cover and cook 50 minutes removing cover for last 10 minutes. |
