| Directions | Mix ground beef with soup mix and place on bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Put uncooked vegetables over the meat. Mix sour cream, cheese, soup, butter, salt, pepper together; add hash browns. Place over vegetables. Bake at 350 for 2 hours. |
