Spray slow cooker with Pam. Put roast in slow cooker and add the dry mixes. Add water. Cook on low for 6 hours. Remove roast and let cool. Slice in thin slices. Put back in juices. Add potates and carrots. Cook for another 2 hours on low. NOTE: Potatoes and carrots can be omitted and roast served with mashed potatoes. Enjoy! |
