| Directions | Lightly brown ground beef and onion. Add soup, water, seasonings, corn and green pepper. Simmer for 15 minutes. For topping, sift together remaining dry ingredients and add beaten egg and milk, stirring lightly until combined. Fold in melted oil. Place meat mixture into a greased baking dish. Cover with corn bread topping. Bake 20-25 minutes at 400 degrees. 6 servings. |
