| Directions | Boil first 6 ingredients in small saucepan for 10-12 minutes until thickened into a glaze. Cool completely. Reserve 2 T. of the glaze for drizzling. Brush lamb chops with half of the glaze mixture. Grill or broil chops on one side. Turn over and brush with remaining glaze. When finished grilling, plate the chops and drizzle with reserved glaze and chopped scallions. |
