| Directions | In large bowl, mix beef, ham, eggs, graham cracker crumbs and milk. Use about 1/3 cup mixture each and shape into balls. Place in lightly greased 9x13 baking dish or cake pan. Combine tomato soup, dry mustard, brown sugar and vinegar. Set aside 1/2 cup of sauce and pour remaining over ham balls. Bake uncovered at 350° about 1 hour, basting with extra sauce once halfway through baking. |
