Brown and drain ground beef. Cook egg noodles and drain. Stir together noodles, sour cream and 1 cup of cheese. Place in a greased 13x9 baking dish. Stir together beef, pasta sauce, and sauce mix. Pour over noodle mixture. Top with remaining cheese and bake.
