| Directions | Brown beef cubes in large pot. Add Worcestershire, parsley, pepper, bay leaf, bouillon and enough water to cover meat. Cook covered on medium-low heat for 1 hour. Add celery, onions, carrots and potatoes and cook for another hour, stirring occasionally. Thicken with cornstarch mixed with cold water, if desired. |
