Combine crumble ingredients to form coarse crumbs and set aside 1/4 cup of the mixture. Divided remaining crumble between two 9-inch square pans, pressing them gently into the pans. Combine filling ingredients in a separate bowl and pour over the crumb layer. Sprinkle reserved crumbs over the filling. Bake at 350° for 40-50 minutes. Makes 2 pans.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Garnish each piece with an apple wedge prior to serving.
