Directions
Boil asparagus and slice diagonally into thin strips. Heat sesame oil in a medium skillet on medium heat. Sauté ginger, carrot, and celery slices well. Further, add asparagus and sauté. Finally, add noodles and stir-fry with vegetables. Pour salt, sake, and soy sauce over noodles and stir quickly.
