Slice meat thin. Slice mushrooms. Cut celery cabbage into 1 1/2 inch pieces. Arrange ingredients on a large platter or divide into bowls. Cook at the table sukiyaki style. Heat skillet, add butter. Put in vegetables. When they wilt, add meat and cook to doneness preferred. Eat with mustard and shoyu(soy sauce) mixture or grated daikon (radish) and shoyu mixture.
Serves about 6 - 8.
