| Directions | Place chicken, vegetables, seasonings and water together in kettle. Bring to boil. Turn down heat to simmer; cover and cook 1 hour. Remove chicken from broth and cool. Remove meat from bones and skim off fat from broth. Cut chicken into bite size pieces and put back into the broth. Add noodles and cook until noodles are done. |
