Boil 1 cup milk until scalded then set aside and cool. Soak 1 cake compressed yeast with 1 tsp sugar in a little warm water. Add the milk to the yeast mixture and cool. Beat eggs with a pinch of salt and add to the milk and yeast mixture. Add 4 cups flour, let rise. Divide dough in parts. Spread with melted butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar. Cut and put in pans. Bake at 350° for 30 min. Melt 1/3 cup butter, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 T. corn syrup, and pecans to suit your taste. Spoon into 9x13 pan put rolls on top of pecan mixture.

-1/2 cup brown sugar
-1 tablespoon corn syrup
- pecans
