Put sesame seeds in small, dry, nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring often, until lightly toasted, 3-5 minutes; set aside. In large pot fitted with steamer basket, bring 1 inch water to boil. Add broccoli, cover and steam until tender, 7-9 minutes. Transfer to a serving bowl. Toss with soy sauce, sesame oil and pepper. Garnish with sesame seeds. |
