Preheat greased grill to medium heat. Grill steak 1 min. Add veggies to grill. Cook 8-10 minutes or until steak is at medium doneness, and veggies are crisp-tender, turning occasionally and brushing frequently with barbecue sauce for the last 5 min. of grilling time. Cut steak and veggies into thin strips. Spoon evenly into tortillas, sprinkle with cheese. Roll up and serve.
