| Directions | MEAT CUPS:
- Combine meat, seasoning, and water. Mix well.
- Press meat mixture into bottom and sides of mini muffin pans. Set aside.
FILLING:
- Combine sour cream, salsa, olives, 1/4 cup of cheese, and 3/4 C. tortilla chips.
- Spoon filling into each shell, mounding slightly.
- Combine remaining chips and cheese. Sprinkle over top.
- Place muffin tin on a cookie sheet in case grease drips over the edge of the pan when baking. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 15 minutes. Garnish with salsa.
